1. Name of the Company
Church of Channeling and Spiritual Healing Limited
2. Status of the Company
The Company is a not-for-profit organisation registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee, operating exclusively for the purpose of advancing religion.
3. Objects Clause
The object of the Company is the advancement of religion, namely to promote and practise the spiritual teachings, moral principles, rituals and ceremonies of the Church of Channeling and Spiritual Healing, to conduct religious services, and to provide spiritual education and guidance, including:
- Conducting regular services, rituals, and ceremonies.
- Teaching spiritual practices and initiations.
- Organising retreats, seminars, meditations, and gatherings in sacred places.
- Disseminating spiritual knowledge through publications and online resources.
- Maintaining international connections with organisations of similar beliefs.
4. Statement of Beliefs
1. Belief in the Higher Source — We acknowledge the existence of a single Divine Source, the creator and sustaining force of the Universe, from which all life originates.
2. Interconnection of all existence — We recognise that all living beings are part of a single life, connected by spiritual and energetic bonds.
3. Spiritual evolution — We believe that the soul continues its development after physical death and can communicate with the living through channeling and other spiritual practices.
4. Connection with spiritual realms — We affirm that every person can directly interact with the Higher Source, Higher Teachers, Archangels, and other spiritual guides through channeling.
5. Quantum transition — We believe that the Earth and humanity are undergoing a quantum transition that began in 2012. After its completion, a New Age will commence — an era of spiritual awakening and harmony.
6. Awakening of higher abilities — We acknowledge that every person has the potential to develop extrasensory and spiritual abilities, which will become the norm in the New Age.
5. Not-for-profit Clause
The directors must not be paid any remuneration for their services as directors. They may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties.
The income and property of the Company must be applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Company, and no portion shall be distributed directly or indirectly to the members, except as genuine compensation for services rendered or expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
6. Members’ Guarantee
(The guarantee amount is AUD $10 for each member, as stated in the ASIC application.)
In the event of the Company being wound up, each member undertakes to contribute an amount not exceeding $10 AUD to the assets of the Company for payment of debts and liabilities.

8. Board of Directors
The Board shall consist of a minimum of three Directors. Initially, the Board will include the two founding Directors and one vacancy for a future appointment. The Board is responsible for strategic direction, finances, and ensuring adherence to the religious purposes of the Company. Meetings of the Board shall be held at least four times per year.
9. Membership
Membership is open to individuals who accept the Statement of Beliefs and participate in the activities of the Company. Members have the right to vote at general meetings.
10. Winding-up Clause
If the Company is wound up, any surplus assets must be transferred to another registered religious or charitable organisation with similar objects and which is also endorsed as income tax exempt.
